Jen Feinberg was literally a gift from the realtor gods not even one year ago. My husband & I were relocating to central PA and decided to build due to the lack of existing homes for sale. Don't ever believe you don't require a qualified realtor with a thorough knowledge of the area on a new construction home. We learned that early on and can not imagine going through every critical phase of this process without her! She was relentless in taking us from one area to the next, introducing us to builders and helping us define our wants and needs relative to our budget. She devoted almost a week to helping us narrow down our choices with patience, professionalism and personality. We were able to settle on our new home and then began the chore of putting our present home on the market. We had lived in our prior home for 50 years so we were by no means experts at moving. It became a monumental task for us. Jen came to our rescue once again by suggesting moving companies as well as trash removers. Moving went well and we settled into our new home. However, settlement on our prior home was being delayed. Jen was relentless in attemptIng to hasten the closing while constantly keeping us informed. It goes without saying that Joe and I are extremely grateful to Jen. She attended to every detail even ones we weren't aware of. We would whole heartedly recommend Jen as your realtor.

Jen was amazing. We were brand new to the area and when we looked online together, she would by-pass homes online and say skip that one-you don't want it or that's not the kind of neighborhood you want. Then she gave us a list of great homes in different towns and said drive around and see these towns to these specific houses and see which areas you like and don't like to get a feel for all these boroughs and townships. It was perfect! she was so smart about how to quickly get us up to speed. So we finally found a neighborhood we loved but we wanted the Model home, which was not for sale... until it was!! And then we asked for the designer furniture and were told it wasn't for sale.... until it suddenly was- and it was right inline with our furniture budget! So last week we moved into our dream house with designer furniture, rugs, lamps & decor. She is AMAZING! Best I have ever worked with;)
