My husband and I were incredibly new to the home-buying experience and were a little nervous about purchasing our first home. We didn't know what to really look for in a house nor what we were even capable of finding, considering the budget we had during a seller's market. It was all completely new to us. Chris was recommended to us by a neighbor who was also moving and had highly recommended his team. Not knowing where else to start, we reached out. Chris was an excellent guide through the whole process! While we were looking at the first few homes, he would ask simple questions to get a sense of the types of things that we wanted our future home. He opened our mind to options we didn't even know we're available- such as having an updated list of new homes that hit the market emailed to us every morning. We did find a home that we liked but when the inspection came back and we weren't certain of it anymore, Chris made it surprisingly easy to get out of the contract that we were in. We ended up finding The One late in the evening and Chris responded right away and got us a showing the very next day. Putting an offer on the home went smoothly! Chris was excellent at explaining all of the jargon and answering our questions. Chris was even able to negotiate the final cost down. He's also a family man and you can tell he cares about the people and clients he works with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants a pleasant house buying/selling experience! I know that if/when the time comes to move on from this new place, we will be seeking out Chris 100%.

So far Chris is the best Real Estate agent I've met. From the begging of our meeting, Chris seemed knowledgable about the market he is working in. He figured out exactly what I wanted and needed and we got to work within days. In couple of days time we were able to zero in several properties, and a few days later, we were under contract. if you are looking to either buy or sell a home, chris castro is your guy. I have spent some time looking at homes for my family and I without any luck. i’ve reached out to multiple realtors only to be turned down or pushed away only because I didn't get a pre-approval yet. their assumptions we’re that i had bad credit and no money to make a purchase. i began to lose hope, until I met chris. chris guided me through the entire process and was extremely patient. his knowledge in the industry is top notch and he is the kind of gentleman that will get you an answer one way or another. my situation was very unique, and chris continued to push the limits to ensure that I was complete with a new home. not once did he treat me as just a sale or transaction. he allowed me to operate at my pace all while working around my time and schedule. his hard work has earned my respect and loyalty. I will never go to anyone else and ill be sure to recommend chris to my entire family as well as friends. don’t waste your time with realtors who are in it for the wrong reasons. trust me, chris castro is your guy.

The process of buying a home (especially as a first time home buyer) was incredibly stressful but Chris very helpful throughout the whole process. From the beginning of the process, Chris took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a house which helped us find the perfect home for us. Through the whole home buying process Chris took a lot of the stress away by being very knowledgeable and informative on what we could expect from every step of the process. With that being said there were still some stressful nights where we had reached out to Chris expressing our anxiety about taking the “big step” as a first time home buyer. I have known Jen for over 30 years and always knew that I would use her as my realtor if the need arose. At the end of 2019, we called Jen to put our first house on the market. Amber was such a blessing to our family. We were on the hunt for our first home for quite some time, we didn't want to settle and Amber stuck with us through the entire process. She was always quick to respond to our messages and requests. She set up viewings as quickly as possible and brought appropriate information, documents, and knowledge to each viewing specific to that property. When we found the perfect home Amber took the lead and helped us to put in an aggressive and competitive offer that was then accepted! Her job didn't stop there, she was there for us through each step of the closing process- answering questions, easing worries, and effectively communicating with other parties. On top of her professional expertise she is a joy to work with- she got to know our family on a personal level and was so kind and personable. Our daughter still requests to go see homes with Miss Amber! We couldn't be more thankful for Amber and recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a new home!
