We consider ourselves very fortunate to have had Jen Feinberg referred to us by our mortgage company. We had very little knowledge of the Harrisburg area and Jen was excellent at giving us history and pointing out landmarks as we toured the area around Harrisburg looking for our home. Once the inspection reports started rolling in we found there to be multiple deal breaking problems with the house. These problems were corrected before closing due to Jen's excellent negotiation skills. She truly was able to get us the absolute best deal possible on our home purchase. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of service received from Jen Feinberg. We had to sell our house and then use that money to put toward our next place. She was very knowledgable over the entire process from how to best show our home to what kind of things to best practices fro negotiating. We had a lot of twists and turns in our selling/buying experience, but Jen was a great source of knowledge, has great integrity, was always truthful and reliable. I'm sure she had other clients and responsibilities , but she made it seem like we were a top priority and was quick to respond to questions or concerns about anything. She was also able to recommend some contractors that did some work for us at a much better rate and timeframe than others from which we had gotten quotes. I would highly recommend her as a Realtor to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.
